Which mode will you stream?
Most streams go out at 1080p, and 60 fps looks smoother when you move. A 4K webcam gives you room to crop a tighter shot from a 1080p stream. The largest mode each camera lists over USB:
A webcam is the whole video path in one box: lens, sensor and the USB connection that carries the picture to OBS. No capture card sits in between, so the mode the camera sends over USB is the picture your viewers get.

Elgato Facecam Neo
Its fixed USB-C lead needs a data adapter on a USB-A computer. Select 1080p60 MJPG in OBS before judging motion.
Connections & full profile →Elgato Facecam MK.2
Its fixed focus suits a consistent speaking position. Place the camera within the published focus range; choose autofocus if you regularly lean far forward or show objects close to the lens.

Connect it to a USB 3 port to get every video mode, then choose the exact mode in OBS. On USB 2 you get fewer modes, even with a USB-C plug.

Set the desired framing and exposure in the camera software, then test that view in OBS before relying on automatic reframing.
Connections & full profile →Logitech Brio 4K
Brio is a family name: confirm the 4K model, not Brio 100 or 300.
Connections & full profile →Logitech StreamCam
Its attached USB-C cable needs a USB 3 port for full video. On a computer with only USB-A ports, add a USB-C to USB-A adapter that carries USB 3 data, then choose the mode in OBS.

Choose 1080p for a 30 fps stream or 720p for 60 fps. If full-HD 60 fps is essential, choose a camera that explicitly lists 1080p60.

The basic camera works on any supported computer; Razer’s software effects need a supported Windows PC. Test those effects in OBS before the show.

Plan on 1080p60 or 1440p30, the modes in the maker’s encoding table. Razer advertises 1440p60, but its own table doesn’t list it, so don’t buy it for that mode.

Razer asks for a direct USB 3 port on the computer, and the cable in the box ends in USB-A. Its picture settings live in Razer Synapse, which Razer lists for Windows 10 64-bit or later.

Leave clearance for the motorized camera to turn and use a stable mount. Choose the fixed Link 2C body if you only need a stationary seated frame.
Connections & full profile →Insta360 Link 2C
The fixed 2C body does not physically pan like Link 2. Choose Link 2 when following a moving presenter is the main job.

Its published hardware guide covers the gimbal, lens and mounts but does not specify video output modes. Choose a camera with a documented resolution and frame rate when that decides the purchase.

It records 1080p and 720p at 30 fps only, so fast movement looks less smooth than on a 60 fps camera. The cable is fixed and ends in USB-A.

Fixed focus and a narrow 58° view: sit at a steady distance and expect a tight frame. It runs at 30 fps only, and the fixed cable ends in USB-A.

The fixed cable ends in USB-C, so a computer with only USB-A ports needs an adapter. Fixed focus, and 30 fps at most.

1080p runs at 30 fps; 60 fps is offered only at 720p. The fixed cable ends in USB-C.

30 fps at most, by Anker’s own FAQ, and Anker does not state the cable’s plug. Only one app can use the camera at a time, so close AnkerWork before opening it in OBS.

Fixed focus, sharp from 50 cm to 2 m, so it is not for showing objects close to the lens. 4K needs a USB 3 port; on some Macs AVerMedia says sound and picture can drift apart at 4K.
